Marketing Dermatology built a mobile responsive website that is specifically designed to showcase the practice's best services and awards. Following the design, we used targeted ads through Google to market to users in specific zipcodes. Any user searching for specific dermatological keywords and dermatology related search terms are shown ads that include mobile call buttons (direct click to call for mobile only). Google maps was also used as well to increase user conversions.
We’ve achieved a Click Through Rate (CTR) of 2.76%, which is extremely high and generated a number of new patients. In the campaign’s inaugural month of activity the Cost Per Action (CPA) was reduced by 20%. February 2017 saw post-click revenue – (generated by both dynamic retargeting and the prospecting campaign) – producing a solid Return on Investment (ROI).
